Your stay for the week is at the 4-star Hotel Ravelli Sporting, a family-run alpine retreat offering a warm welcome, comfortable rooms and excellent facilities – including a wellness centre and an indoor pool, perfect for unwinding for the days between your excursions.

Day 2

Trento & Ferrari Sparkling Wine

After breakfast, begin your exploration of Puglia with a visit to a traditional farmhouse, or ‘Masseria,’ where you’ll sample some of the finest locally produced olive oil. Here, you’ll taste authentic Apulian fare, take in the surroundings, and relax at this charming spot.
Next, travel to the UNESCO World Heritage town of Alberobello, famous for its unique “trulli” houses with their iconic conical roofs. A stroll through the cobblestone streets of this remarkable village offers a glimpse into the past lives of farming families in this region.
Finish the day with a visit to Ostuni, the picturesque “White City” perched on a hilltop. With its winding cobblestone streets and whitewashed houses adorned with flowers, Ostuni is a beautiful end to a day of Apulian discovery. In the evening, enjoy a welcome drink and live piano music at the hotel.

Day 3

The Bernina Express to St. Moritz

We will begin with a bright and early departure at 7:30am, for a truly memorable experience – a journey on board the wonderful Bernina Express, one of the most scenic rail routes in the world. Travelling in first-class panoramic carriages, over the next two and a half hours, you’ll glide through the spectacular landscapes of the Swiss Alps, crossing viaducts and mountain passes as you make your way in style to the elegant resort town of St. Moritz.

There will be time to explore St. Moritz at your own pace – perhaps enjoy a coffee by the lake, browse the shops or simply soak in the alpine atmosphere, before returning by coach to Mezzana in time for dinner.

Day 4

At Your Leisure

Today is left free to enjoy entirely as you wish. Some may choose to relax in the hotel’s wellness centre or enjoy a swim, while others might head out for a gentle stroll through the village of Mezzana or along the nearby river path.

It’s a chance to take things at your own pace, whether that means a quiet coffee with a view or exploring more of the surrounding valley. And of course, your Dedicated Tour Guide will be on hand with suggestions or assistance for anyone keen to discover a little more.

Day 5

Brenta Dolomites, Apple Orchards & Madonna di Campiglio

Today we set off at around 9am, on a scenic journey through the spectacular Brenta Dolomites, where rugged limestone peaks rise above forested valleys and alpine meadows. We’ll visit the striking Nardis Waterfalls, set deep in the tranquil Val di Genova and enjoy time in the elegant mountain town of Madonna di Campiglio, with time to stroll, shop or perhaps enjoy lunch at your leisure.

In the afternoon, we will travel through the Val di Non, a region famed for its vast apple orchards. We’ll visit a traditional local farm for a tasting of apple-based specialities and to learn more about the area’s agricultural traditions. It’s a day filled with natural beauty, authentic flavours and relaxed exploring.

Day 6

Bolzano and the South Tyrolean Wine Road

On our final full day of excurisons, we will aim to leave at 9am on a trip that takes us to Bolzano, a vibrant town where Italian and Austrian influences come together in architecture, language and cuisine. We’ll enjoy a guided walking tour through the old town, known for its arcaded streets, bustling markets and the striking Gothic cathedral. There’s time to explore at your own pace, perhaps stopping for lunch in one of the many welcoming cafés.

In the afternoon, we follow the South Tyrolean Wine Road, winding through vineyards and hillside villages. We’ll visit a local winery near Lake Caldaro, where we’ll enjoy a relaxed tasting and learn about the region’s unique wine heritage. It’s a fitting way to toast the final day of our journey.
