Upon landing at Athens airport, you will be met and transferred to the port in Piraeus. Here, you will board the 5-star Sun Princess, your home for the next ten nights. After settling into your cabin, you can begin exploring the ship's many facilities before we set sail.
2Relaxing Day at Sea+
Spend your first full day at sea getting to know the Sun Princess. This is a great opportunity to visit the Piazza, set within a massive glass sphere, or find a comfortable spot to watch the Mediterranean pass by. Whether you prefer lounging by the pool or enjoying the organised entertainment, there is plenty to keep you occupied.
3Bar, Montenegro+
Today we dock in Bar, a significant seaport and tourist hub on the Montenegrin coast. Irish guests can explore the local town and its surrounding municipality, which is home to over 46,000 residents. The area is known for its pleasant coastal scenery and local hospitality.
4Corfu, Greece+
We arrive in Corfu, an island prized since ancient times for its beauty and strategic position. You can walk through Corfu Town to see the Venetian architecture or head into the interior to find traditional villages amongst the cypress trees. The island is large enough to find a quiet spot even during the busier months.
5Messina, Sicily+
Messina offers a striking welcome as the ship approaches the sickle-shaped harbour. Highlights include the twelfth-century Duomo and its detached bell tower, which houses one of the largest astronomical clocks in the world. Listen for the bronze lion’s roar at noon, a famous local tradition.

As this is an anchorage port, guests will be transferred to the shore by tenders to explore the shops and sights of Fira.
8Mykonos, Greece+
Mykonos is well known for its vibrant atmosphere and iconic windmills. You can spend your time in the main town visiting boutiques and cafés, or take a short trip to the nearby island of Delos, the mythological birthplace of Apollo. The town's narrow streets are perfect for a casual afternoon stroll.
9Kusadasi, Turkey+
From Kusadasi, you have the opportunity to visit the ruins of ancient Ephesus, once a major Roman capital. The site contains the Great Theatre and the Basilica of St. John. Back in the port town, the palm-lined esplanade and local markets offer a wide variety of goods and a taste of Turkish culture.
10Chania, Crete+
Chania is a blend of Venetian mansions and ancient history. It serves as the gateway to the 4,000-year-old Minoan ruins at Knossos, the site of the legendary Labyrinth. The Old Town is particularly pleasant for walking, with its narrow passageways and historic architecture.
11Return to Athens+
We sail back into Piraeus this morning. After disembarking, you will be transferred to Athens airport for your return flight to Dublin, bringing your Mediterranean adventure to a close.
