Upon arrival in Rome, you will be met at the airport and transferred to the port of Civitavecchia. Here, you will board the MSC Divina, your base for the next seven nights. After checking into your cabin, take some time to explore the ship's Stone Piazza or the Swarovski crystal staircases before the vessel departs for the Mediterranean.

Your first full day is spent at sea, providing the perfect opportunity to familiarise yourself with the organised activities and leisure facilities onboard. This major archaeological site features the Great Theatre where St. Paul once preached and the Basilica of St. John. Back in Kusadasi, you can explore the market district and the palm-lined esplanade, where local merchants offer a wide variety of traditional Turkish goods.

The cruise continues to Marmaris, a town set within a deep inlet surrounded by pine-covered hills. You can visit the small castle and museum in the old town centre, which dates back to the time of Süleyman the Magnificent. The area offers a contrast between the traditional bazaar-style streets and the modern European-style marina and waterfront.

Enjoy another day at sea as the MSC Divina sails back towards the Italian coast. This is a great time to revisit your favourite onboard restaurants for a full-board meal, catch a Broadway-style show in the theatre, or simply enjoy the sea breeze from the deck as you reflect on your visits to Greece and Turkey.

Your final port of call is Naples, a city full of character and historical significance. Located between Mount Vesuvius and the Phlegraean Fields, the city offers incredible views across the blue bay. You might choose to explore the city's historic centre or take an excursion to the nearby ruins of Pompeii to see the preserved Roman streets and sculptures.

The ship returns to Civitavecchia this morning. After breakfast, you will disembark and be transferred to the airport for your return flight to Dublin, bringing your Mediterranean journey to a close.
