It is a fantastic destination for those interested in history and local flavours, from world-famous chocolates to traditional Belgian beers. After a morning of discovery, the ship sets sail for the Netherlands.
The final port of call is Nijmegen, the oldest city in the Netherlands. Here, you can walk through medieval alleyways, visit the historic St. Stephen’s Church, or browse the small shops and cafes around the Grote Markt. Your journey begins in the vibrant city of Düsseldorf. After boarding your ship in the afternoon, you can settle into your cabin and explore the on-board facilities. The ship sets sail at 4:00 pm, beginning its cruise along the scenic Rhine towards Belgium.
2Exploring the Diamond City of Antwerp+
Arrive in Antwerp, the heart of Flanders, by early afternoon. Known as the international centre of the diamond trade, Antwerp offers a mix of historic grandeur and modern flair. You have the afternoon and evening to visit the MAS Museum for views of the Scheldt River or explore the boutiques and galleries of this creative metropolis. The ship remains in port until 11:00 pm.
3A Belgium city hopping cruise to Brussels+
The ship arrives in Brussels at 5:00 am. As the capital of Belgium and the centre of European politics, the city is famous for its Gothic architecture and the magnificent Grand-Place. Spend your morning discovering the local chocolatiers or visiting the iconic Atomium. The ship departs at 2:00 pm to continue your Belgium city hopping cruise.
4Ancient History in Nijmegen+
Crossing into the Netherlands, you will arrive in Nijmegen at 11:00 am. As one of the oldest cities in the country, Nijmegen features charming medieval streets and traditional gabled houses. You can enjoy a stroll through the Grote Markt or explore the historic St. Stevenskerk before the ship departs at 7:00 pm.
5Disembarkation in Düsseldorf+
Your cruise concludes as the ship returns to Düsseldorf at 8:00 am. After enjoying one final breakfast on board, you will disembark and begin your journey home.
