Upon landing in Munich, you will be met by a local guide for your transfer to the hotel. After checking in, you have the evening to begin exploring the city at your own pace, perhaps sampling some local Bavarian hospitality in a traditional beer hall.
2Guided Munich City Tour+
Spend the morning on an organised tour of Munich’s most famous landmarks. You will see King’s Square, the Pinakotheken Art Museums, and the elegant shops of Maximilian Street. The tour also visits Marienplatz and the Viktualienmarkt, a vibrant open-air food market. The afternoon is yours to wander the medieval gates or visit the Royal Palace.
3A Day Trip to Salzburg+
Travel by coach across the border into Austria to visit Salzburg, the birthplace of Mozart. A guided walking tour will introduce you to the city’s baroque architecture and views of the Eastern Alps.
