Spend the holidays immersing yourself in the vibrant culture and stunning landscapes of Spain with this ultimate Andalucia tour! Our journey begins with a direct flight from Dublin to Malaga, where we will be greeted by our tour leaders and local guides. We’ll then settle into the luxurious Sol Torremolinos Don Marco Hotel, where we’ll spend the next nine nights.
On Day 2, we’ll embark on a tour of Nerja, a charming seaside town nestled between mountain cliffs, with some of the best beaches in Europe. In the afternoon, we’ll visit Malaga, the capital of Andalucia, and explore its stunning Cathedral and Moorish fortress on a walking tour with our local guide.
On Day 3, take a break and relax in Torremolinos, known for its stunning beaches, world-class restaurants and shopping, and endless entertainment options.
Day 4 is all about adventure as we head to Gibraltar, home to the famous Rock and the only colony of semi-wild apes in Europe. Don’t forget to bring your passport for this exciting excursion!
Take a day to rest and explore Torremolinos on Day 5, or go shopping on the bustling Calle San Miguel. On Day 6, we’ll visit the breathtaking city of Ronda, known for its 18th century bridge and the world’s oldest bullring.
Day 7 offers the chance to relax at the hotel, go shopping, or spend the day at the beach.
On our final day, we’ll bid farewell to Andalucia with a transfer to Malaga airport for our return flight to Dublin. Please note that while this is our planned itinerary, slight changes may be made due to unforeseen circumstances.

Torremolinos, Spain
Fly to Malaga
We depart Dublin on our direct scheduled flight to Malaga, Spain. On arrival we are met by our Tour Leader and our local tour guide, then you will be transferred by coach to the 4-Star Sol Torremolinos Don Marco Hotel where we are based for 7 nights. Dinner tonight and every night is in the Hotel.

Nerja & Malaga
After breakfast we depart on an excursion to Nerja. This historical seaside town is overlooked by dramatic mountains. It has several beaches set in charming coves between cliffs and has one of the best climates in Europe. The old quarter of the town is virtually unchanged with narrow, winding streets, whitewashed houses with wrought iron terraces overflowing with geraniums. Our afternoon stop is in Malaga. Our local tour guide will take us on a short walking tour of the old part of the city with its impressive Cathedral and Moorish fortress.

Enjoy a day of rest and relaxation in Torremolinos. Over the years, Torremolinos has evolved as an attractive and appealing resort, noted for its clean sandy beaches, wide choice of hotels and restaurants and an unparalleled variety of entertainment, activities, and nightlife. There is also a superb selection of shops with very reasonable prices.
Gibraltar
Gibraltar
Today we depart on an excursion to Gibraltar, located on the southern tip of the Iberian Peninsula. Gibraltar is famous worldwide for its dramatic Rock. It overlooks the Straits of Gibraltar and is linked to Spain by a narrow isthmus. Gibraltar is imposing but small. It measures less than six square kilometers in total. There is also a colony of the famous apes, the only ones in Europe to run free in a semi-wild state. Look forward to some excellent photo opportunities and indulge in some great duty-free shopping. You will need to bring your passport with you to enter Gibraltar.

Another free day to enjoy the resort of Torremolinos. Go shopping on the pedestrianised Calle San Miguel which is at the heart of the town. This smartly paved street is lined with boutiques and shops with a great variety of goods on offer at very reasonable prices.
Ronda, Spain
Ronda
After breakfast we depart on an excursion to Ronda. Our route through the Sierra Bermeja Mountain range is breathtaking. Ronda is one of the oldest cities of Spain. Its origin, according to archaeological findings in the old city belongs to the Neolithic age. Ronda is probably best known for its impressive 18th century bridge, which spans a 100m deep gorge and divides the old and new part of the town. Ronda is also home to the world’s oldest bullring which dates to 1785. We return to our hotel in the late afternoon giving us plenty of time to enjoy this fabulous city.

Ah, the final day of our holiday retreat! As we wake up and savour our last moments at the hotel, we have a few options for how to spend this precious time. Perhaps we’ll indulge in a little bit of last-minute shopping for unique souvenirs to bring back home. Or, if we’re feeling adventurous, we could take a quick train ride to the bustling city of Malaga for a day of exploration.
On the other hand, if we’re in the mood to relax and unwind, we may choose to spend the day lounging on the sandy beach, soaking up the sun and taking in the views.
No matter how we choose to spend this final day, one thing is certain: it will be a day to remember as we end our holiday on a high note and begin to plan our next exciting adventure

Farewell, beautiful Spain! As we pack up our bags and say goodbye to this stunning country, we’ll be sure to savour every last moment. After a delicious breakfast, we’ll board our coach and set off towards Malaga airport, ready to take to the skies and return home to Dublin.
